I love the 4th of July. I love spending time with my family and contemplating all of the sacrifices people have made for our great country. I love watching my children see fireworks for the first time courtesy of my sweet sister, Tricia, and her husband, Chad. (They didn't go over so well with Baby Jake, but Ava liked them). Enjoy all of our pictures!
We had a great 4th of July, but one vital member of our family was missing. Johnny had to work this weekend and over the 4th. We really missed him!!! Holidays aren't the same without him. Ava, Jake, and I are looking forward to spending some quality time with him later this week.
